It was a great commitment, Henry made a major commitment in this. They were originally going to build this for one hundred and eighty million dollars, and it cost double—three sixty. And fifty-one corporations came up with their money and they didn’t grouse about it. But unfortunately, in some instances, that was their commitment to the city.
