Abstract
From the 1960s forward Max Fisher was a presence in the White House, as an aide and adviser to all of the Republican presidents and a sometimes dinner guest to the Democrats.
A photograph of the then four living presidents, signed by each, presented to Max Fisher in 1998, along with a personal letter from Gerald Ford.
