He loves this city. And he also feels that he got very lucky. Again, here, this was his place. He tells this story about when he first got here being downtown and looking in the windows of the Fisher Building—I guess in those days they had beautiful stores there—and feeling that he was on the other side of the glass. And that one day he would be on the other side. And he feels that this is where he got his opportunity. He owes a lot.
