Well, I think there’s a reason why his biography was entitled ‘The Quiet Diplomat’. Max is someone who I think will come to the fore when he thinks it’s appropriate for him to come to the fore, but I think his instinct is to work behind the scenes. I think that’s where he is probably most comfortable and where he feels by and large he can be most effective.
