Well, I love Detroit! And I wouldn’t move—I’ve had all kinds of offers, other buildings. But to me it’s the symbol of Detroit. And I’ve always had a love for Detroit since the day I got there, and that was the day I graduated from Ohio State. And Detroit gave me an opportunity to become successful. I took this little oil refinery and we built it into a great enterprise. And I just felt that this is wonderful, and I would do something for Detroit.
